Litigation Support

Experian v. I-Centrix.  Responsible for the comparison of two software systems (FORTRAN and C/C++) and related documentation.

Bob Creeden and Associates v. InfoSoft, Inc.  Responsible for the study and comparison of source code (Access, C/C++ and C#) and documentation for two software systems. Provided expert reports, input to trail presentations, deposition testimony, and trial testimony before a jury. The result was a favorable settlement for my client after five days of trial.
